Designing the process of formation in children of senior preschool age of initial ideas about some sports

Introduction

Relevance of the topic

Every year the percentage of children with deviations in health increases, there is a tendency for a continuous increase in the overall level of the disease among preschool children. This is due to the mass of negative phenomena of modern life: severe social upheavals, environmental problems, low level of development of the institution of marriage and family; mass distribution of alcoholism, smoking, drug addiction; a weak health care system, insufficient material base of educational organizations and the educational potential of the family.

One of the priority directions for the implementation of the strategy of preschool education in modern conditions is the preservation and strengthening of children's health by means of development in the system of organizations of preschool education of physical culture and sports, the active introduction of health-saving technologies, the development of a health-saving environment.

One of the tasks of the physical development of preschoolers in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated October 17, 2013 N 1155) is the development of motor activity, the formation of initial ideas about some sports.

Motor activity contributes to the improvement of the activity of the main physiological systems of the body - nervous, cardiovascular, respiratory, improvement of the physical development of children, education of moral and volitional qualities. It is very valuable that organized motor activity contributes to the education of positive character traits in preschoolers, creates favorable conditions for the development of friendly relations in a team. This year our country took part in the Olympic Winter Games, which required a lot of preparation for this event. Sports complexes, stadiums were built, the younger generation has increased interest in various sports.

The analysis of pedagogical and methodological literature, as well as the identified shortcomings in pedagogical practice, show that there are a number of contradictions:

1. between the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for DO for the conditions for the implementation of the BEP DO and the actual state of conditions in domestic municipal kindergartens for the physical development of preschoolers;

2. the real volume of physical activity of children during the day is not performed (sports games, sports holidays);

3. Insufficient level of theoretical and practical training of educators in matters of health protection of preschoolers.

They should be carried out with children of older preschool age. The optimal number of such walks is two to three per year. If they are carried out more often, then these walks may lose their attractiveness, children will lose interest in them.

Walks can be held at least once or twice a month on those days when directly educational activities are organized that require a large mental load, or directly educational activities in artistic creativity.

During a sports walk, tasks with high physical activity and games of low mobility, team games and subgroup, individual exercises should be alternated.

The organization of a sports walk involves the acquaintance of pupils with various sports, athletes. An excursion or a targeted walk to the stadium (city, school, courtyard) is possible. A sports walk cannot be saturated only with motor activities. It is recommended to select tasks of a cognitive nature and a sports orientation. Once upon a time in the forest there was a Wolf Gray Paw. And there was no life and peace for the hares from him: he would trample all the beds with carrots, then he would catch him and drag him by the ears. The hares thought for a long time how to deal with the bully wolf. Among them was the desperate Bunny Long Ear. This bunny came up with the funniest games, told the longest tales on rainy days when it was impossible to walk. Even adult hares respectfully looked at the lively baby. One fine, sunny morning, all the animals gathered in a forest clearing. Noise, din, birds chirping. What's the matter, what happened? It turns out that on the largest birch there is an announcement, written in large letters: "I, the Long-Ear Hare, run faster than the Gray Paw Wolf." The Wolf himself came to the clearing. Pushed the little animals, went to the ad and began to read. Wolf was not very literate, he read for a long time. And when I read it, I fell down on the grass from laughter. He laughed, laughed, and then pulled the Bunny out of the crowd by the ears, lifted it into the air:

  1. Are you running faster than me?
  2. I, - squeaked the Bunny.
  3. Well well! - The wolf even opened its paw in surprise.

Bunny plopped down on the ground. Then he jumped up, dusted himself off and said:

I challenge you, Wolf, to a competition. Let's run around racing
forest along the hare path. If you overtake me, we, all hares, will be for you
serve: chop wood, cook dinner.

And I'll clean the chimney with you! Wolf laughed.

I agree, - the Hare sighed. - Well, and if I overtake you, then you
you will leave our forest forever.

So they decided.

When is the competition? asked the Bear, who loved precision in everything.

The Wolf returned to his hut, lay down on the bed and said: "Well, wife, now I will prepare for the competition - lie on the bed all year, take care of my legs!" The she-wolf went to a forest shop, bought a feather bed and three colorful pillows. She wrapped the Wolf, covered him with a warm blanket. So the Wolf lay for a whole year, he did not get out of bed, he took care of all his legs. And then one day Magpie flew in, knocked on the window:

You, Wolf, are lying, all the animals have already gathered in the clearing, you alone
are waiting! Competition today.

On this day, all the animals, young and old, gathered in the clearing. Here stood side by side on the hare path Wolf and Bunny. The wolf is big, shaggy, and the Hare is below his boot. The fox jumped forward: "You've gone crazy, oblique, where can you compete with the Wolf! Better run away from here before it's too late." And all the animals agreed with her: "Do not overtake the Wolf Bunny! He should not have come up with this."

The Bear waved a flag and the Wolf and the Hare started racing along the hare path. The wolf jumped - once, twice, and immediately overtook the Bunny. All the hares hid behind a bush from shame. Eyes covered with ears.

me, or I'll fall off the branch. The hare overtook the Wolf, it’s good for me from above

The wolf asks.
